Dalseong Brewery continues to develop traditional Korean liquor with a strong focus on ingredients sourced from Daegu and its surrounding areas. Through these local ingredients, we aim to express the unique character of the region through flavors and aromas that change with each season.

We believe that every ingredient has its own story and identity, whether it is grain, fruit, herbs, or other seasonal produce. For this reason, we place great importance on carefully selecting ingredients from the very beginning.

In developing our products, we strive to preserve the charm of traditional brewing methods while incorporating new ideas and approaches. Our goal is to create traditional Korean liquor that feels both authentic and approachable to today’s consumers.

Beyond flavor development, Dalseong Brewery also seeks to offer new experiences of Korean drinking culture by presenting the stories of place, season, and ingredients in a more contemporary way.
